The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) regulations for endorsements and testimonials in advertising, started to go into full effect on December 1, 2009.

These new regulations require that people disclose whether or not the product they are talking about was part of an advertising/paid endorsement deal with the company, or the product was something they purchased themselves. All in a effort to stop misleading costumers, and to protect the interest of the consumer.

All of my statements in this blog are my true feelings regarding a certain product, and I do not blog about items I do not like. The majority of the items I review were purchased by me. I do get sent out (free) items for review consideration, however I only will review them should I find them worthy to do so. I will never falsely mislead my readers into buying a product just to benefit that company and/or myself. My posts are not meant to push a product onto my reader, or try to get you to buy the product. I simply share my positive experience and should you choose to try the product yourself and like it, then I am happy to know I helped you find something that you love.

Also, I feel its important that I mention that I DO NOT do paid reviews. Anyone is welcomed to send me products they would like me to try, however they will only make it on to my blog should I find the product outstanding.
